At SummitStone Health Partners, we want to make sure everyone in our community has access to behavioral health resources. We partner with Mindwise Innovations to provide free mental health and substance use information and support. Currently, we offer brief behavioral health screenings to help determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a behavioral health professional.
