At SummitStone Health Partners, we are ready to help as soon as you are ready to seek it. To begin the enrollment process in any of SummitStone Health Partners’ services, you can either call us directly or walk into one of our Northern Colorado locations. No matter how you get in touch, an access specialist will be able to assist you with the right next steps, with intake options both in-person and via telehealth.

We offer scheduled or virtual same-day/next-day intake options Monday-Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm.
